Kyle has spent the better part of the last two decades working in international schools across Africa, Asia, and Europe. In that capacity, he has taught courses in history and served as a department head, IB Coordinator, assistant principal, and principal.
He earned his M.A. in Educational Leadership from George Washington University and his Ed.D. in the Organizational Change & Leadership program at the University of Southern California.
His leadership in schools focuses on the development of research-based practices in the implementation of policies, programs, and procedures aimed at increasing student engagement and ultimately improving academic outcomes. His passion lies in the world of possibilities and his default is to lean towards yes!
