In this course, Dr. Breakspear will show how educational leaders can react to changing circumstances and create schools that are forward thinking and flexible. After an introduction to the concepts of agile thinking, we will then focus on how they will help to develop the practices of Agile Leadership needed for growth and success.
Over the course of this mini-lecture, participants will:
